Outlook "unwanted" folder

Hello, a coworker somehow has a new folder called "unwanted" and all incoming emails go there. I've tried every possible setting to change & it will not delete or stop receiving her emails there

Thanks Melissa

Hello,

Which Outlook version are you using?

If you are working on Outlook 2010 or 2013, then you should try these steps to overcome with this issue.

Open MS Outlook >> Click on Junk Button >> Junk Mail Option >> select the option Low: Move the most obvious junk e-mail to the Junk Email Folder.

Check, if you have selected the option Safe Lists Only, then only selected peoples mails will come to the Inbox otherwise, all the Emails will go on to the Junk E-mail folder or Unwanted folder.

Hi,

Does the user have his email account sync to any mobile devices? This issue may happen due to spam filter on a mobile device. See a similar topic discussed here:
